L-3 Communications Corp., a supplier of products and services used in aerospace and defense platforms, renewed its lease for 123,442 square feet at 10770 Wateridge Circle in San Diego. The deal is valued at approximately $8.8 million.

The two-story, 179,442-square-foot flex building was built in 1990 in the Sorrento Mesa Industrial submarket. ACC Consumer Finance LLC and Pacific Capital Bank are also tenants in the building.

Rob Merkin and Matt Nickels of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, MetLife. Matt Strockis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
