AMB Collects $27.3M in Puyallup Industrial Sale

Ozark Automotive Distributors acquired the industrial building at 1602 Industrial Park Way in Puyallup, WA, from AMB Property Corp. for $27.3 million, or about $71 per square foot.

Completed in 2008, the 388,000-square-foot building is on 23.7 acres in the AMB River Front Industrial Park. Ozark Automotive Distributors intends to occupy the building, which delivered last year and is currently vacant.

Tony Kusak of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. Mike Roy and Bruce Valentine of Neil Walter Co. represented the seller.
