Bullard-First Office Partners sold the office building at 6095 N. 1st St. in Fresno, CA, to Planned Parenthood Mar Monte Inc. for $1.3 million, or $126 per square foot.
The 10,311-square-foot building is in the First & Bullard Center. Planned Parenthood plans to fully occupy the building.
Alan and Jacob Pirie of Pirie Properties represented the seller, while CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
