ExactTarget has leased an additional 25,000 square feet from OneAmerica at The Gibson Building in Indianapolis. The e-mail marketing service originally leased 25,000 square feet on the fourth floor in August, and will now occupy both the fourth and fifth floors of the building.

The five-story, 128,050-square-foot flex building at 433 N. Capitol Ave. was built in 1910 and accommodates both industrial and office tenants. Features include two freight elevators, four loading docks and five drive-in bays. The property is in close proximity to both I-70 and I-65.

Mary Beth Kohart of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the landlord. Jenna Barnett of Halakar Real Estate represented the tenant.
