Kathryn "Kitty" Allen has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine’s office in Greenville, SC, as a sales associate.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Allen was a sales associate with Colliers Keenan and has been a commercial real estate broker since 2000.

Over the past nine years, Allen has negotiated 120 real estate transactions and has successfully completed over 60 site selection projects. She represents landlords, sellers, tenants and buyers and specializes in vacant land, office and retail properties. Allen graduated from Clemson University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
