Towne Investments Acquires Office Bldg. for Actuant HQ

Towne Investments, a Milwaukee-based investment and development firm, acquired the two-story industrial building at N85W12545 Westbrook Crossing in Menomonee Falls, WI, from Bemis Manufacturing Co. for $7.9 million, or about $45 per square foot.

The manufacturing building delivered in 2001 in the Westbrook Corporate Park. It totals 175,480 square feet and will serve as Actuant’s headquarters.

Mark Eaton of Beyond Space LLC represented the buyer, while
Kurt Van Dyke and Pete Slezak of Colliers Barry represented the seller.
