Fred Tebb & Sons, a lumber company, leased the former Architectural Woods location at 1201 E. Puyallup Ave. in Tacoma, WA.

The 61,382-square-foot manufacturing building was built in 1983 on 4.08 acres. The Taft and Trillium Trust own the property.

Included in the 36-month lease is an option to purchase the facility within 12 months, for a predetermined price.
