GSI Technology Inc., a leading provider of networking and telecommunications solutions, acquired 1213 Elko Drive in Sunnyvale, CA, from private investors for $4.63 million, or about $105 per square foot.
The single-tenant R&D building was built in 1985. It totals 44,277 square feet and is located within walking distance to the light rail. The building features high-level interiors, dock and grade level loading and a new roof, installed in 2005. GSI intends to use the property for its new corporate headquarters.
Kalil Jenab at NAI BT Commercial represented the sellers. Michael Bini and Dean Chestnut at Equus Associates in Sunnyvale represented the buyer.
