GE Healthcare recently signed a 24,542-square-foot lease renewal at 116 Huntington Ave. in Boston. The lease will commence on May 1, 2009, for five years.

The 14-story, 268,672-square-foot office building in Boston's Back Bay was constructed in 1991. The property is on 0.46 acres and features 65 parking spaces, an atrium and a restaurant on-site. GE Healthcare occupies 5,353 square feet on the 15th floor and 19,189 square feet on the sixth floor.
