Ten-Year Deal Brings 11 Madison Ave. to Full Occupancy
Marketing agency Enfatico has signed a 10-year lease for 98,175 square feet on the 12th floor of the MetLife Insurance Plaza, at 11 Madison Ave. in New York.
Enfatico, previously known as Project DaVinci, was created by global marketing firm WPP to handle marketing for computer-maker Dell.
The 29-story MetLife Insurance building totals 2.2 million square feet and is fully occupied following the Enfatico lease. It was built in 1932 and renovated in 1996, and is in the Gramercy Park submarket.
The CB Richard Ellis team of Gregory Tosko, Mary Ann Tighe, Sacha Zarba and Lauren Crowley represented Enfatico. Stephen Siegel, Howard Fiddle, Brad Gerla and Zach Freeman of CBRE represented the landlord, The Sapir Organization.
