In the largest office lease in Arizona this year, Snell & Wilmer LLP has renewed for 187,748 square feet at One Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix. The business law firm has been located in the building since 1992.

The 19-story, 354,480-square-foot office tower at 400 E. Van Buren St. is part of the 16-acre Arizona Center business park. The 1 million-square-foot complex features two Class A office towers, as well as retail space.

Phil Breidenbach with Colliers International represented the landlord, General Growth Properties. Chuck Nixon with CB Richard Ellis in Phoenix represented the law firm.

"We evaluated several options, said John Bouma, chairman of Snell & Wilmer. "In the end, a quality environment, amenities for our staff, attractive economics, and General Growth’s responsiveness made renewing our lease an easy decision."
