Woolbright Development, based in Boca Raton, FL, has expanded its Florida staff in Orlando and the Port Charlotte areas.
James Hanson will join the Orlando office as Construction Manager. He has more than 20 years of construction and operations experience and was previously a senior project manager with Southern Construction Group in Orlando.
Chuck Coster will join the operations team as property manager at the Murdock Carrousel shopping center. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Coster was previously a commercial associate at Barnett Commercial Realty in Martinsville, VA and an assistant general manager with Lester Properties in Virginia.
