AIMCO Sells 316-Unit Multifamily in Phoenix
Olympus Properties Acquires Crossroads

AIMCO sold the Crossroads apartment complex in Phoenix to Olympus Properties for $9.85 million, or about $31,200 per unit.
The 316-unit, 202,606-square-foot senior apartment community at 2222 W. Beardsley Road was built in 1982 in the Deer Valley/Airport submarket.
Bobby Bull and Jack Hannum of Transwestern represented the seller. The buyer was self-represented.
