Community Access Moves to One Western Union Plaza
Moinian Signs Local Non-Profit for 15 Years

Community Access is moving its administrative offices to a 21,022-square-feet at One Western Union Plaza in New York. The non-profit organization, which helps people with disabilities transition to independent living, is relocating from 666 Broadway in June 2009.
The 398,354-square-foot, 22-story office tower at 17 Battery Place North was built in 1972 in the World Trade Center submarket.
