Transwestern To Lease Sunset Corporate Plaza

Piedmont Office Realty Trust selected Transwestern to lease 11107 and 11109 Sunset Hills Road in Reston, VA. The 141,000-square-feet property is better known as Sunset Corporate Plaza One and Two.

Sunset Corporate Plaza Two, totaling 41,200 square feet, is currently fully occupied. Guidance Financial Group and Unisys occupy 20,600 square feet each according to CoStar Group information. Sunset Corporate Plaza One, totaling 101,000 square feet, only has 35,684 square feet of vacant space available. IBM occupies 21,748 square feet, HydroGeologic Inc. occupies 24,636 square feet and Cbeyond occupies 16,307 square feet, according to CoStar.

Transwestern's John Masi is the primary leasing agent. David Goldstein and Robert VeShancey with Jones Lang LaSalle were the prior leasing contacts for these buildings.
