Suzanne Sunshine has launched her own brokerage firm, S. Sunshine & Associates LLC.
Sunshine will handle leasing, acquisitions and sales for nonprofit organizations. She also plans to donate a percentage of all fees back to her clients. Sunshine was previously the vice president of the New York nonprofit practice group for CB Richard Ellis and has spent a total of 25 years in the industry.
Sunshine earned a bachelor's degree in international relations from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration in real estate from Columbia University.
