The Dermot Co. purchased a three-building multifamily package in Brooklyn for $13 million, or approximately $185,714 per unit. The buildings are at 252-254 and 300-302 12th St., as well as 280-282 14th St. Lido Realty LLC sold the portfolio, which contains 70 apartment units.
The property at 252-254 12th St. is a 22,000-square-foot, five-story building, which has a total of 25 units; 300-302 12th St. is a 14,284-square-foot, four-story property with 20 units; and 280-282 14th St. houses 25 units within a six-story, 18,572-square-foot structure.
