GoAmerica Inc., a wireless Internet services company, signed a lease for 14,655 square feet in the Parkdale Center, at 5100 Gamble Drive in Saint Louis Park, MN. Occupancy is scheduled for September.

Built in 1968, the Parkdale Center boasts 196,708 square feet of office space and is in the I-394 Corridor submarket.

Pete Dufour and Kai Thomsen of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the tenant. Peter Fitzgerald and Ben Fetters represented the landlord, Wayzata Properties, in-house.
