Medical Surgery Center Sells in Pleasanton

George and Peri Linton purchased a medical surgery center in Pleasanton, CA, from R. Neal and Murayna Gilbert for nearly $2.73 million, or about $591 per square foot.

The 4,608-square-foot building delivered in 1986 at 4487 Stoneridge Drive and is part of the Stoneridge Office Center. It was 100 percent occupied at the time of sale by Tri Valley Outpatient Surgery, which has a lease through 2016. The medical building was never on the market but the Gilberts were willing to sell.

Shawn Willis of Income Property Services represented the seller, while Kevin Herman of Herman Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
