Priority Acquires Twin Oaks Industrial for $4M
Greif Consolidates, Sells 145,300-SF Facility

In efforts to consolidate key operations, Greif Inc. has sold the Twin Oaks Fibre Plant in Twin Oaks, PA, to Priority for $4 million, or about $28 per square foot.
The 145,296-square-foot industrial building at 3033 Market St. was built in 1969 on 17 acres in Delaware County. It received renovations in 1999. The warehouse features about 6,600 square feet of office space, 17 loading docks, one drive-in, and ceiling heights of 25 feet. The buyer's entities, Priority Shred, Priority Archives and Priority Express will take occupancy in the third quarter.
