Fifth Third Bank has sold its 3,000-square-foot bank branch building at 5292 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando to 5292 OBT LLC for $1.3 million, or about $400 per square foot. The bank plans to vacate the location.

The property was built in 1980 and sits on approximately 2.5 acres in the Orlando Central Park submarket. It features freeway visibility and sits in front of a signalized intersection.

Margo Thomas of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, while Mike Halimeh of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer.
