PepsiCo Buys Bottling Group's Haverhill Facility
Business, Property Sells for $2.9 Million

PepsiCo Inc. acquired the manufacturing facility, business and equipment at 261 Neck Road in Haverhill, MA, from Pepsi-Cola Bottlers for the Merrimack Valley. The assets sold for nearly $2.9 million.
The property at 261 Neck Road is a one-story, 48,000-square-foot, Class C industrial building on 5.23 acres in the Lawrence/Andover Industrial submarket. It was built in 1965 and renovated in 1987. The building has 13 loading docks, two drive-in bays, 20-foot clear height, 1,600 amps, 480 volts and 3-phase power.
The buyer and seller were both self-represented.
