Dwight Montgomery and John Parisi bought a freestanding building at 8008 N. High St. in Worthington, OH, from Shirley Bayer for $1.05 million, or about $109 per square foot.

The buyers will convert the 9,635-square-foot building, formerly the Asian Cuisine restaurant, into office space in which their businesses will occupy next year. The restaurant closed in September.

Elaine Parisi of HP Commercial Realty LLC represented the buyers. Stephen Holzer of Commercial One Realtors and Bruce Massa of Continental Realty co-represented the seller.
