Credit Suisse Asset Management of New York, NY acquired the building at 1099 New York Ave. NW in Washington, DC, from Tishman Speyer of Washington, DC, for $90.5 million, or about $518 per square foot.

The Class A, 174,705-square-foot, 11-story office building was built last year and is on 0.4 acres in the East End.

The HFF team of Stephen Conley, John Duffy, Andrew Weir and Elizabeth Taylor represented the seller. The Lacy Ltd. team of Benjamin Lacy and Debra Lacy represented the buyer.
