The senior vice president spent nearly 20 years with CBRE in Las Vegas as a locally and nationally ranked top producer. Roush has been involved in more than $1.8 billion worth of investment property sales and represented more than 5.9 million square feet in property transactions.

The new managing directors will continue to represent clients in their respective markets. Stephanie Seno was named associate director and will support the PCG trio with day-to-day operations and communications within the national practice while based in Dallas with Pierson.
