Allen Aldridge was appointed senior vice president and asset manager of KBS Realty Advisors' southeast region.
In his new role, Aldridge will oversee the company's assets in Florida, Alabama, South Carolina and Tennessee, and will manage all third-party consultants and agents. He will be based out of Atlanta.
Prior to joining KBS Realty Advisors, Aldridge worked with CMD Realty Investors for 16 years where he was a partner and manager of a $500 million fund.
He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor's degree in economics.
Aldridge's industry involvements include National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and the Real Estate Group of Atlanta.
