Northwest Airlines Sells Hanover Property for $4.3M

Northwest Airlines sold Commons Corporate Center at 1333 Ashton Road in Hanover, MD, to Solvern Innovations for $4.33 million or $120 per square foot.

The single-story, Class B office building was built in 1989 and totals 36,087 square feet on more than five acres. It is in the BWI/Anne Arundel submarket.

Kevin Wille of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer. Greg Friedman of AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the seller.
