Gateway Bowl Corp. acquired the Walgreens at 5962 Firestone Blvd. in Firestone, CO, from Edgemark Development Services LLC for nearly $4.08 million, or approximately $275 per square foot.

The one-story, 14,820-square-foot retail building was built in 2005. It is on almost 2 acres in the Weld County submarket.
