Baruch Singer, a private investor, acquired 37-45 Bridge St., an industrial building in Brooklyn. Investment entity 37 Bridge Associates LLC sold the facility for $13.5 million, or approximately $213 per square foot. The property was on the market for approximately six months.
Built in 1920, the seven-story industrial building measures 63,394 square feet. The buyer has approved plans to convert the property into 53 apartment units. However, details of the project completion time were not disclosed.
