KRM Partners acquired an office building at 3975 Research Blvd. in Dayton, OH, from Research Park Associates for $1.9 million, or about $119.50 per square foot.
The property is a one-story, 15,930-square-foot, single-tenant building constructed in 1989. Alliant Techsystems Inc. has occupied the entire building since it was constructed. ATK recently signed a seven-year lease, extending its term to April 2015.
Tony Witt with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller. Digger Daley, also with CTMT, represented the buyer.
