Columbus, OH-based Big Lots, one of the nation’s largest closeout retailers, signed an eight-year lease for 29,667 square feet in the Roberts Crossing Shopping Center at 5445 - 5837 Roberts Road in Hilliard.
The retailer is currently the only anchor tenant in the 75,783-square-foot shopping center. Sun Life Financial sold the property in 2007 to Rushmore Properties, according to CoStar information.
