World Savings Bank signed a 10-year renewal for 147,000 square feet at 1901 Harrison St. in Oakland, CA. The retail banking service occupies nearly half of the 17-story office building owned by Brandywine Realty Trust.
World Savings Center is a 272,100-square-foot, Class A office building designed by the architectural firm of Hornberger, Worstell & Associates. The property offers 16 office floors and three levels of subterranean parking. There were no brokers involved in the transaction, according to Brandywine Realty.
