Jaques Ventures LLC purchased the E-Tech Building in Hillsboro, OR, from Equastone. The sale price of $5.25 million, or $30 per square foot, was affected by a change in building code that altered the seismic rating and the building's allowable occupancy.
The 176,800-square-foot office building at 21515 N.W. Evergreen Parkway was built in 1998 in the Sunset Corridor/Hillsboro submarket.
Paul Breuer and Mike Thomas of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction.
