Nestle Waters North America Inc. signed a 10-year lease for 214,434 square feet in Sacramento’s Florin Fruitridge Industrial Park.
The 584,820-square-foot facility is at 8670 Younger Creek Drive. It was constructed in 1986 and is owned by BGK LLC.
Nestle is investing roughly $14 million into the facility over the next few months as it prepares for operations to begin early next year. Once fully functioning, the two-line water bottling facility will employ 40 people and is expected to produce bottled water for the company’s Nestle and Arrowhead brands.
Ryan DeAngelis of CB Richard Ellis represented Nestle in the transaction. Scott Cable, Andrew Kilpatrick and Cody Rose of Cable & Kilpatrick Inc. represented the landlord. Oates Investments Inc. manages the property.
