The Arthritis Foundation sold the 13,000-square-foot office building at 7124 Miami Ave. to the Stock Yards Bank & Trust Co. for $1.5 million, or about $115 per square foot.
The brick building was constructed in 1962 and is on 1.1780 acres in the Madeira suburb of Cincinnati. The property is in Hamilton County.
The foundation signed a seven-year lease with Stock Yards Bank to remain a tenant in the two-story building.
Jordan Weidner of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the seller. Stock Yards Bank & Trust represented itself in-house.
