LOS ANGELES
Studley Names Wilder as Senior Managing Director

The West Los Angeles office of Studley promoted Stacy A. Wilder to senior managing director, project management services.

The former corporate managing director was recognized because, in addition to her other duties, “she continues to manage and grow a key component of the suite of consulting services,” said Mark T. Sullivan, executive vice president and southern California regional manager.

Wilder has a long list of accomplishments, including more than 3 million square feet of total deals in project management services.

She currently manages the building of Agensys Inc.’s new 153,000-square-foot headquarters facility in the city of Santa Monica. Wilder’s last project was Thomas Keller’s 14,000-square-foot Bouchon Beverly Hills restaurant. Her client list includes: Belkin, Saatchi & Saatchi, City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, Barney’s Beanery and United Talent Agency.

CHICAGO
Cushman Taps Casey as Executive Director

Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago promoted Britt Casey to executive director. The broker has nearly eight years at the firm, most recently as senior director in the industrial practice group.

Casey is a 23-year veteran of the industry. He’s been a top broker for the firm locally and a top 25 producer on the national level. Casey’s completed 400 transactions to date valued at more than $1 billion.

His focus is on industrial facilities and vacant land for clients in the North DuPage County and O’Hare submarkets. Casey has worked with ProLogis, AMB Property Group, TA Realty Advisors, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley and Lincoln Property Corp. on industrial projects.

He has a degree from Loyola University Chicago Business School and his memberships include AIRE and CCIM.


LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK CITY
Phoenix Realty Names Head of National Acquisitions

Edward J. Ratinoff, a former J.E. Robert Cos./JER Partners executive, joined Phoenix Realty Group’s National Acquisitions unit as managing director. He will head the acquisitions teams responsible for PRG’s two funds that total $470 million in capital and focus on New York City and Los Angeles metro area commercial and residential buildings.

Ratinoff’s 22-plus year career has focused on public and private equity transactions, debt placements, structured finance and advisory services on the principal and advisory levels. His background includes five years as a managing director at JER, where he also led the investment company’s national multifamily strategy, was a member of the US Fund Management and JER Investors Trust investment committees, and closed deals representing more than $750 million in gross asset value across the nation.

He worked his way up the executive ranks with positions at Fowler Flanagan Partners, Keybanc/McDonald Investments, Chase Securities and BT Alex, Paragon Group. Ratinoff’s been involved in real estate deals totaling in excess of $5 billion since the late 80s.

Ratinoff has an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

PRG is a NYC-based national real estate fund manager founded in 1999 by CEO J. Michael Fried. Its portfolio focus is residential properties, low-income tax-credit housing and commercial developments in urban areas. The firm currently manages investments representing more than $3 billion in assets.


ORANGE COUNTY
Hanley Investment Group Hires Patrick Kent as SVP

Irvine, CA-based Hanley Investment Group hired Patrick Kent as a senior vice president. In this capacity, he will provide retail disposition and acquisition advisory services to clients.

Kent's more than 20 years of industry experience includes most recently serving as a director of retail investment sales at the Irvine office of Faris Lee Investments. During his career, Kent has closed investment sale transactions in excess of $500 million.

Kent holds a B.S. in Finance, with emphasis in Real Estate, from Fort Lewis College and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.


NORTHERN NEW JERSEY
Four Executive Promotions at First Service Williams

First Service Williams promoted four sales professionals to executive positions as a part of its transition into Colliers International.

Bryn Cinque was named executive managing director. He has been in the industry for 15 years, and specializes in strategic planning and development of long-term real estate solutions. Cinque received the Real Estate New Jersey "All-Star" Broker award in 2008.

Jamie Drummond was named senior managing director. He has been in the business for 10 years, focusing on the disposition and acquisition of commercial properties. He has handled more than 100 transactions in excess of $200 million.

Leslie Meril was named managing director. Specializing in office leasing and sales, she provides tenant and owner representation in Northern and Central New Jersey.

Jason Imperial was named director. A 10-year veteran, he represents life science and biotech clients in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties.


CHARLOTTE
Leavitt Joins Keystone Partners

Charley Leavitt joined the office brokerage group of regional real estate firm Keystone Partners as senior vice president of leasing. He is an office real estate specialist and serves as a landlord and tenant representative in the greater Charlotte area.

Leavitt began his commercial real estate career at the Bissell Cos. in Charlotte in 2000. There he managed and leased a portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet of office and medical space. Over the last six years, Leavitt has negotiated more than 200 lease transactions with companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to individuals just starting their own business.
