99 Cents Only Stores purchased the retail building at 12530 Day St. in Moreno Valley, CA from Circuit City for $2.25 million, or $66 per square foot.

The freestanding building is part of the 280,000-square-foot Town Gate Crossing Center at the northeast corner of Campus Parkway & Day Street.
