Hallock Comes On Board at FirstService Williams

Seasoned Executive to Manage Stamford Office
November 19, 2009
The FirstService Williams (FSWRE) office in Stamford has hired Gerard Hallock as executive managing director. With more than four decades of brokerage experience, his role will include recruiting top talent from the northern suburban region, continuation and growth of client roster and having a hand in all operational matters.

Mark Jaccom, CEO of FSWRE stated, "He [Gerard] has the superior strategic vision and ability to build upon our full-service model to compete even more effectively on a regional level. His arrival will help us attract the best and brightest talent in the marketplace."

Recently, Hallock served as a senior managing director with Jones Lang LaSalle's Fairfield and Westchester County office. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Hallock served as senior vice president with Albert B. Ashforth, Inc.

His list of local clients includes Hewitt Associates, Colangelo, Allied Domecq, Sun Microsystems, Wells Fargo, KPMG and MetLife.

Hallock's largest transactions include the 250,000-square-foot lease for Perkin Elmer in Shelton, CT, and the 237,000-square-foot renewal of United Healthcare Groups Trumbull location.

Hallock has also served as president of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) and the Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).

"I am thrilled to have joined the region's top commercial real estate teams," stated Hallock. "Unlike many other real estate firms, FSWRE is committed to growing its ranks of talented brokers. As the new leader of this office, I fully intend to advance that goal in the near term."
