Kenneth and Janice Crafford purchased 464 Monterey Ave. in Los Gatos. Total consideration for the deal was approximately $1.8 million, or $282 per square foot.
Constructed in 1968, the two-story office building measures 6,300 square feet. It is zoned C2 and features an alarm system, computer room and a parking ratio of 2.7/1,000.
