Ubisoft Red Storm, a video game developer, signed a 10-year lease to occupy 34,760 square feet on the third floor of 2000 CentreGreen Way in Cary, NC.
The three-story, 99,409-square-foot office building was constructed in 2000. It is one of five buildings in Centre Green Park, an office campus just south of Lake Crabtree.
Ubisoft Red Storm will take occupancy in May.
Jane Doggett represented the landlord, Highwoods Properties Inc., in-house. Mike Morgan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
