After heavy competition, Hines Interests LP awarded the listing assignment for One Victory Park at 2323 Victory Ave. in Dallas to Stream Realty Partners LP.
One Victory Park is a 436,049-square-foot, eight-story, Class A office building that delivered in the fourth quarter of last year. It is LEED Certified Silver. Tenants include Ernst & Young, PlainsCapital Bank and Haynes and Boone LLP. Hillwood Capital formerly held the listing.
There is a little more than 65,000 square feet of space currently available. Vice President Sarah Payne and senior associate Ryan Collier will market the space. The current quoted rate is $32 to $35 per square foot plus electric.
