Sound Middletown secured a $3.3 million first mortgage and construction loan for the future Walgreens planned for 331 E. Main St. in Middletown, CT.

Ernest DesRochers and Deanna Polizzo of NorthMarq Capital arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Sound Middleton LLC, a subsidiary of Sound Development in Trumbull.

The property will consist of 14,820 square feet of retail space. Ground breaking took place in September with an anticipated completion date of April 2010.
