Beazer Homes USA Inc. has renewed its 14,713-square-foot lease at 2600 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland, FL. This location serves as the Florida division headquarters for the homebuilder.

Beazer has been a tenant in the 140,757-square-foot office building for approximately five years and has committed to another 63 months. Other tenants include Cardinal Healthcare and Technologies Management Inc.

John Gilbert with CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Emerson International. Craig Castor of CresaPartners represented Beazer in the transaction.
