Investors Sell 12840 Bradley Ave. for $5.31 Million
Dynaroll Corp. purchased the industrial building at 12840 Bradley Ave. in Sylmar, CA. Haskell J. and Wilma J. Hall sold the property for nearly $5.31 million, or approximately $128 per square foot.
The property is 41,536 square feet. It was built in 1969 and features an 18-foot clear height.
