Neal Joins Retail Group of Colliers

Atlanta Firm Names Former CBRE Exec as SVP

Colliers Spectrum Cauble appointed Mike Neal as senior vice president of the retail tenant representation division in Atlanta. The 30-year industry veteran is the former senior vice president of retail services for CB Richard Ellis.

His experience includes retail land transactions and site selection, shopping center leasing, development and acquisitions. Top honors include 10 Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Top Five Producer awards, the No. 1 retail broker ranking for three years and No. 1 land broker for five years.

Neal’s client list includes Sembler Co., Cousins Properties, Thomas Enterprises, Target, Lowe’s and Kohl’s. He worked with Target in site selection and leasing transactions for 65 stores across the Southeast and helped Darden Restaurants locate 36 restaurants.

His memberships include the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute and ULI’s Sustainability and Smart Growth Committee, and he is a Covenant House of Georgia board member. He received a finance degree and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Former HD Supply executive Richard W. “Rick” Vaughn also joined the firm. The 30-year veteran was named vice president in Colliers’ Corporate Solutions Practice and will lead the asset management and disposition efforts for the majority of HD Supply’s Georgia portfolio. Vaughn has been involved in more than $220 million in transactions since 2006. He is a University of Georgia graduate, a licensed Georgia real estate broker and landscape architect.
