Harbor Group Buys Duluth Multifamily for $33.9 Million

Harbor Group International of Norfolk, VA, purchased a 660-unit apartment complex from Wilwat Properties of Atlanta for $33.9 million or $51,300 per unit.

The property, Tree Summit, is in the northeast metro Atlanta suburb of Duluth, and was constructed in two phases delivering in 1994 and 1996. Tree Summit is comprised of 64 two- and three-story buildings totaling 731,068 square feet on 78 acres.

David Gutting, Larry Orr and Chris Spain of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. There was no buyer broker reported.
