Graham Packaging Leases 170,000 SF at Northeast Distribution Center
Plastic Container Manufacturer Signs 4-Year Term

Graham Packaging leased 168,630 square feet at the Northeast Distribution Center in Hazleton, PA, for four years. The plastic container company was the first tenant to move into the facility.
The 400,260-square-foot warehouse building at 68 Green Mountain Road is part of the Humboldt Industrial Park. The building sits on over 25 acres of land and was built in 2006.
Stephen Bonge, Timothy Brogan and Pat McBride from Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Higgins Development Partners. Michael Hess of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
