Roto-Rooter Coming to Hillsdale Tech Center

Roto-Rooter Services Co. signed a 14,180-square-foot warehouse lease at 6809 Hillsdale Court in Indianapolis. This five-year deal is set to commence in January 2010.

The 84,050-square-foot flex building was built in 1987 in the Castleton Industrial submarket. It is Building 3 of the Hillsdale Tech Center.

Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter heralds itself as the largest provider of plumbing and drain cleaning services in North America. The company is headquartered in Cincinnati and owned by Chemed Corp.

Brian Dell and Cam Kucic of Summit Realty Group represented Roto-Rooter in the deal. Charlie Podell of Duke Realty Corp. represented the landlord, in-house.
