Sutton Place Inc. and Hampton East Inc. sold two multifamily properties in Westwood, NJ, to private investors for $3.12 million, or $130,000 per unit.

The sale included the Hampton East Apartment Apartments at 19 Crest St, a seven-unit property built in 1975, and Sutton Place Apartments at 57 Crest Street, a 17-unit property built in 1979. The apartment communities are in the North Central Bergen submarket.

Matt Weilheimer of The Kislak Co. represented the seller. Joe Keenan, also of The Kislak Co., represented the buyer.
