This six-story 192,359-square-foot, Class A office building at 10375 Park Meadows Drive was constructed in 2001 within ParkRidge Corporate Center. The building is Energy Star certified.
Richard Egitto, CCIM, senior managing director of Crimson Services LLC, represented the landlord, Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc., in both transactions. The Virginia-based CB Richard Ellis team represented GSA. Keller Williams had no broker representation.
